HAVI is seeking a Solution Architect, Data & AI to lead end‑to‑end design of supply chain solutions. You will bridge global planning and analytics with technical implementations, ensuring scalable, secure architectures aligned with the company vision.

The role requires 6+ years in IT disciplines, expertise in data platforms, cloud and ML-driven forecasting, and a strong governance mindset. Hybrid work at Chicago location; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or systems analysis (master’s preferred).
• 6+ years in IT disciplines (development, integration, cloud, data & analytics).
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Translation: convert business requirements into actionable blueprints.
• Product Lifecycle Alignment: maintain an architectural runway for future features.
• Impact Assessment: ensure changes meet business outcomes.
• Portfolio Health: monitor for misalignment and aging tech.
• Modernization & Retirement: lead keep vs retire assessments; transition to modern stacks.
• Innovation & R&D: analyze market trends and PoCs for applicability.
• Cross‑Domain Design: ensure design consistency across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments.
• Strategic Road Mapping: evolve current to future-state architecture.
• Agile Integration: provide high-level consultancy to agile teams.
• Standards Leadership: define principles and reference patterns with EA.
• Compliance & Assurance: govern security, privacy, regulatory standards.
• Responsible AI Governance: ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards.
• Community of Practice: mentor solution owners and developers.
