Job summary

HAVI is seeking a data-focused architect to design and maintain scalable, secure cloud-ready data solutions supporting predictive analytics across supply chain domains. You will partner with analytics, product, and security teams to deliver end-to-end data products from prototype to production, continuously improving data platforms and performance.

The role emphasizes strong SQL, Spark on cloud, and Azure Databricks expertise, with a hybrid work setup in Chicago and relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years building production data pipelines (batch/streaming) with Spark on cloud.
• 2+ years hands-on Azure Databricks (PySpark/Scala, Spark SQL, Delta Lake) experience.
• Experience with Delta Lake operations and Unity Catalog RBAC and lineage.
• Azure Data Factory for orchestration and integration with ADLS Gen2.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data management, data science, decision science, and tech teams to address supply chain data needs.
• Design and optimize data pipelines including ETL/ELT, data models, metadata, and access control.
• Integrate analytics outputs into business processes and workflows.
• Move data flows from development to production; ensure reliability and observability.
• Apply DevOps and DataOps practices to improve automation and collaboration.
• Implement Agentic AI capabilities to drive efficiency and opportunity.
