Job summary

Turbine Air Systems, Ltd. is looking for a talented SolidWorks Designer to join their Houston, TX team. You will be responsible for generating designs based on customer specifications, including the creation of 3D models and layouts.

This role requires solid experience in mechanical and electrical design, along with a thorough understanding of applicable codes. You will work in a hybrid environment, combining onsite collaboration with flexible remote work opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical, structural, electrical, and controls design experience relevant to manufacture of TAS products.
• Experience with SolidWorks and knowledge of applicable codes for TAS equipment.
• Capable of producing package/plant designs and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements and specifications to generate comprehensive designs.
• Create 3D models and layouts including piping and equipment layouts.
• Maintain drafting production schedules ensuring accuracy of deliverables.
