Job summary

A renewable energy company is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee solar and energy storage project designs across the U.S. Responsibilities include managing design reviews, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting construction efforts. Ideal candidates will have a B.S. in engineering, at least 2 years of experience in solar/BESS, and exceptional analytical and communication skills. This hybrid position requires some travel and offers a competitive salary ranging from $96,000 to $125,000 USD depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in solar/BESS industry.
• Understanding of solar and storage project design requirements.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the review and approval of design packages for projects.
• Coordinate with teams and external consultants for project delivery.
• Support construction as a technical escalation point.
