Job summary

Sol Systems is seeking a full-time Scheduling Associate to build, analyze, maintain, and evaluate project schedules across the solar lifecycle, focusing on development-stage projects. The role supports Sol Systems’ utility-scale business from our Washington, DC office.

The successful candidate will manage schedules across multiple levels, work with Project Developers and SMEs, and report risks to milestones. A BA/BS in a relevant field and experience with scheduling tools are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience with scheduling software (MS Project/Primavera) and Critical Path Method.
• PMP Certification is ideal.
• Experience in renewable project development or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules with input from Project Developers.
• Track progress weekly with input from Project Developers and SMEs.
• Analyze development schedules to identify risks and critical path changes.
• Identify and report risks to milestones based on actual vs scheduled progress.
• Manage Level 1 through Level 4 schedules for different audiences.
