Job summary
ReVision Energy in Montville, ME, seeks a hybrid role combining solar installation work with residential electrical service responsibilities. You will split time between installation crews and the service team, progressing through the in-house REEAP program while earning experience on PV systems, battery storage, and EV charging equipment.
The role supports a structured rotation between installation and service tasks, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and ongoing electrical training to advance
Qualifications
- 6-18 months of hands-on solar installation experience or service experience.
- Must have a clean and valid driver’s record.
- Excellent customer service skills in every interaction.
- Effective coordination and communication with others.
- Able to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders, work on roofs and in crawl spaces.
Responsibilities
- Assist installation crew with solar PV and battery storage system installations.
- Assist with project loading, materials, and tools on job sites.
- Perform physical installation tasks including roof work, conduit, and wiring.
- Support safety protocols and maintain tools and trucks.
- Travel to job sites as needed and comply with DOT regulations.
- Respond to residential electrical service calls, diagnose and repair systems.
- Participate in the REEAP apprenticeship program and online/in-person training.
