Job summary

First Databank (FDB) is seeking a Software Engineer in the Department team. The role focuses on developing, testing, and supporting applications for the healthcare/business sectors, with collaboration across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams in a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence at least three days per week.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in CS or Engineering, 1+ year of software development, and experience with ASP.NET/C#, Java, or related languages;

• One year+ Software Development experience.
• Basic experience in .NET ASP.NET and C# or Java, Ruby, Go.

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance and integration of application software.
• Create and promote development frameworks and procedures.
• Translate requirements into a fully functional software solution.
• Design patterns and data models to support systems requirements.
• Provide insight into latest architectures and industry trends.
• Experience with SDLC activities and cross-functional teams.
• Work with Product Owners to drive features and architecture.
• Create and update technical documents.
