A reputable nonprofit organization in Washington, DC, seeks a Software Developer to build desktop and web applications. This hybrid position requires commuting to the office 3 times a week. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, familiar with programming and web development tools, and come with strong problem-solving skills. The salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with experience in programming and data structures.
• Familiarity with web application development is essential.
• Must have SHRM-CP certification.

Responsabilidades

• Build in-house desktop and web-based applications.
• Work closely with research teams on data import/export and quality assurance.

Conhecimentos

Class-based, object-oriented programming (.NET, C#, Java, Python)

Web application development with ASP.NET and SQL Server

Frameworks like Angular, Vue, React, jQuery, Bootstrap

Git, Gitflow Workflow, NPM, Unit & Stress Testing

Experience with AWS and Azure

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Time management skills

Organizational and communication skills
