Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, implement, and maintain software applications and system interfaces.
• Participate in all SDLC phases and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop databases, processes, application logic, and ad-hoc reports.
• Create technical documentation and write/execute unit test plans.
• Troubleshoot, track, and resolve system and processing issues promptly.
• Follow established source-control, versioning, data mapping, and deployment procedures while participating in peer code reviews.
• Estimate project timelines, manage schedules, and present system modification plans.
• Support Scrum responsibilities when assigned (sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, backlog management, and cross-team coordination).
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers on complex assignments as needed.
