Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, DB design, and Transact-SQL.
• Willingness to learn PowerBuilder for in-house systems.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships and communicate effectively.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and business needs.
• Experience managing projects from planning to execution.
