Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
• Experience creating content in a consistent brand voice across channels.
• Experience developing platform-specific social strategies and engaging audiences.
• Comfort working with executives and external partners to capture authentic content.
• Knowledge of Texas culture and values is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategy across brands and platforms.
• Oversee day-to-day presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.
• Create original social content: copy, photography, short-form video, interviews.
• Capture content at events, partnerships, and brand moments.
• Monitor conversations and track content performance to improve strategy.
• Engage with communities and manage comments and conversations.
• Turn campaigns and initiatives into social storytelling.
