Job summary

Dolby Global Social seeks an organized, adaptable Coordinator to support our global social media programs. This hands-on role covers content production, publishing, trend research, reporting, and daily social operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will work with teams across content, production, and community management to ensure timely delivery and impactful campaigns. This position offers hybrid work with some on-site days in the Los Angeles area.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in social media, content coordination, production support, or related fields.
• Experience supporting content creation, publishing, or social media programs for consumer/entertainment brands.
• Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content series timelines, deliverables, and project schedules.
• Assist with creation, formatting, and organization of static/video assets.
• Provide production support for content initiatives as needed.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of content and assets.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms; review captions and assets.
• Support community management and occasional off-hours coverage during campaigns.
• Monitor trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Gather performance metrics and develop campaign recap reports.
• Support day-to-day operations and prepare stakeholder presentation materials.
