Job summary

Not Your Mother’s Haircare is seeking a Social Media & Community Intern to support daily engagement across our social channels, help build the brand voice, and assist with content for TYB. You’ll work closely with the Social Team to craft on-trend responses and culturally relevant interactions with our community.

The role offers hands‑on experience in community management, copywriting, ideation, and social‑first content creation, with a 3:2 in-office to remote schedule in a fast‑moving

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Social Media Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support daily community management across brand social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Engage with the community using on-brand, timely responses.
• Help develop content for TYB (Try Your Best) platform and social channels.
• Assist with creation of short-form video and imagery for social content.
• Capture product and lifestyle assets and organize content assets.
