Job summary

Praytell, a creative communications agency, is offering a six-month Creator Intern role in a hybrid Chicago or New York office. The position supports social and creative teams, helping produce content for brands across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in shooting, editing, copy, and content strategy while learning from seasoned professionals. Ideal candidates are curious, creative, and eager to learn; no prior professional experience is required.

Qualifications

• No prior professional experience required; curiosity and creativity welcomed.
• Recent graduate or early-career candidate seeking real-world social media/content creation experience.
• Passion for social media and native/platform-native content understanding across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Strong eye for visuals, editing, copy, tone and storytelling.
• Comfortable creating content solo (filming, editing, designing, writing) and collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support social and creative teams across brands and industries.
• Help create social-first content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Assist with designing and editing content, including graphics, short-form video, and platform-native formats.
• Draft social copy, captions, headlines, and short-form content.
• Keep up with social trends, memes, creators and cultural conversations to spot opportunities.
