Job summary

ABM Industries seeks a Site HR Partner to align business objectives with employees and front-line leaders, serving as HR consultant and change agent at the Savannah client site. You will oversee policies, programs, recruitment, records, and labor relations while driving data-driven improvements.

The hybrid role supports ABM managers and frontline teams at 500 Gulfstream Road, Savannah, GA 31408, Mon-Thu in-office. A broad benefits package is offered to employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years HR experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR, business ops or management experience.
• Experience with a large hourly & distributed workforce is a strong plus.
• Experience with union and non-union employees preferred.
• Strong link between talent, HR initiatives and business strategy.
• Excellent consultation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and develop relationships inside/outside HR.
• Analytical mindset with process and project mgmt discipline.
• Team player and networker.

Responsibilities

• Consult with line management, providing HR guidance.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation for new leaders.
• Analyze trends to improve turnover, retention and engagement metrics.
• Partner with leadership for staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Guide HR policies and interpretation; support with labor relations and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and reduce legal risks.
• Collaborate with HR CoE and Learning & Development to meet goals.
• Support customer retention and business development through HR initiatives.
