Qualifications

• Current retail employee with leadership experience as a Supervisor, Key Holder, or comparable role.
• Organizational and project coordination skills.

• Ability to collaborate across teams and drive results.
• Interest in learning wholesale operations and gaining cross-functional experience.

Responsibilities

• Showroom Operations: Keep the showroom organized, professional, and customer-ready; support events and seasons.
• Sample & Inventory Management: Oversee samples, track libraries, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Project Coordination: Support showroom projects from planning through execution across partners.
• Leadership & Team Support: Provide leadership for showroom operations and onboard/train staff.
