Job summary

United Protective Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable security officer with a flexible schedule to support client sites in Frisco, TX. The role includes weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 6am-2pm) and potential overnights, with higher pay for flexible coverage.

You will perform foot patrols, maintain post logs, and provide professional customer service while coordinating with clients and local agencies. Responsibilities include rapid response to open shifts, incident reporting, and ensuring site safety.

Responsibilities

• Immediate response to open shift coverage when dispatched by management.
• Engage in on-site conflict resolution.
• Assist client with duties as assigned.
• Maintain daily activity logs per post orders.
• Create incident reports for unique site incidents.
• Observe and report suspicious activity per post orders.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and accounted for before, during and after each shift.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; work outside in the elements.

United Protective Services is looking for a reliable security officer who has a flexible schedule.

Weekly Schedule

Saturday - Sunday, 6am-2pm

Ideal candidates are available to work any shift with a changing schedule, including overnight shifts if possible. Flex Officers get the benefit of higher pay than most regular Officers but need to be open to working a changing schedule from week to week. Flex officers work at a variety of client sites to fill in for call-offs, vacations, and open schedules.

Must be able to conduct foot patrols and have a high customer service personality.

The candidate will provide security detail as outlined in the post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement, and fire departments. Security personnel will always perform job duties with a constant awareness of their surroundings, making note of all activity that takes place in the assigned area. Security Officers must maintain a professional image and always demonstrate excellent customer service.

Job Duties
