Job summary

System One seeks a Mid-Level SharePoint Applications Developer in Washington, DC for a hybrid role (2 days remote). The contractor will migrate content from Drupal to SharePoint Online, build SPO sites and SPFx web parts, and collaborate with ADD team to meet specifications.

Required skills include SPFx, React/TypeScript, PowerShell, Graph API, and Azure. Public Trust clearance is recommended; U.S. citizenship may be required by contract.

Qualifications

• Experience building SharePoint Online solutions with SPFx.
• Strong UI/UX development using React/TypeScript.
• Experience migrating content from Drupal to SPO.
• Knowledge of REST/Web Services and Graph API integration.
• Familiarity with accessibility and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Requirements & Design: translate Drupal structures into SPO architecture and reusable components.
• Development: build SPO sites, pages, SPFx web parts; develop reusable components; build PowerApps/Power Automate; Linux-SPO integration.
• Migration: assist content migration using ShareGate or equivalent tools.
• Agile Collaboration: participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Quality & Standards: ensure ADD standards and Section 508 compliance; apply AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
• Support: troubleshoot end-user issues; provide documentation and knowledge transfer to the ADD team.
