Job summary

System One is seeking a ServiceNow Knowledge Management Consultant to establish and mature a centralized Knowledge Base. You will own the knowledge environment, govern content, migrate existing materials, and build templates and workflows to support internal users and external plan partners.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow KM experience, content governance expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive adoption and reduce support volume. Hybrid work in DC area on a 9-month contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with Knowledge Management.
• Experience establishing governance, standards, and templates.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature the ServiceNow Knowledge Management environment.
• Migrate content and create knowledge content as needed.
• Define ownership, review cycles, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption.
