Qualifications

• Active license/certification maintained for Workers’ Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate Workers’ Compensation claims.
• Investigate validity and gather documentation for state agencies.
• Establish reserves and authorize payments within limits.
• Coordinate early return-to-work efforts with stakeholders.
• Manage subrogation and possible litigation.
• Communicate claim status to clients and claimants.
• Adhere to state rules, regulations, and guidelines.
