Qualifications
- DVM degree required with veterinary pathology residency.
- ACVP/ECVP certification or equivalent in anatomic pathology preferred.
- 10+ years veterinary pathology experience in pharma/biotech/CRO.
- 7+ years drug development experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead postmortem evaluations and safety assessments across programs.
- Collaborate with toxicology, safety pharmacology, and translational teams to mitigate risks.
- Contribute to biomarker development and predictive models for safety profiling.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentoring within the pathology group.
