Northbound Executive Search in New York seeks a Manager to join a prestigious Family Office in a hybrid role. You will handle tax compliance and accounting across the family’s activities, delivering high-quality financial oversight in a balanced work environment.

The role emphasizes reviewing complex tax returns, preparing quarterly statements, cash flow planning, and month-end close processes. Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of tax and accounting experience within high net worth contexts.

Qualifications

• Must have experience preparing/reviewing individual tax returns (1040), preferably high net worth.
• Experience with partnership, corporate, foundation tax preferred.
• 6-10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Review individual, corporate, partnership, foundation and other tax returns pertaining to the family members
• Quarterly financial statement preparation/review for the investment activity
• Creating cash flows statements and budgets
• Review monthly closing journal entries and schedules for the Firm and its subsidiaries
• Review vendor invoices for payment and ensure proper coding and allocations.
