Client Growth Resources, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Tax Senior in Chandler, Arizona to prepare complex returns and advise on planning. This hybrid role offers a competitive base salary up to $105K and opportunities to grow within the firm.

You will manage federal, multi-state tax compliance for individuals and entities, supervise staff, perform tax research, and support audits. Bachelor's in Accounting required; Masters in Taxation or CPA preferred; 3+ years of public accounting tax

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Master’s in Taxation or CPA license preferred.
• 3+ years of recent tax experience in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state tax laws.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Perform technical tax research and document findings.
• Manage and prioritize multiple client engagements and deliver high-quality service in a timely manner.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff and interns.
• Identify and communicate tax planning opportunities to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and responsiveness.
• Assist with IRS and state tax audits and correspondence.
• Stay up to date with changes in tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Use tax software and technology tools effectively to improve efficiency.
