Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related technical field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in operations, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
• Experience with incident management and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Payments, financial services, or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently monitor and troubleshoot production systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Lead incident response for moderate complexity issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Manage and participate in on‑call rotation providing production support.
• Execute operational tasks including deployments, maintenance windows, and configuration changes.
