Qualifications

• We are looking for an individual who demonstrates high energy, integrity, intellectual curiosity, and strong analytical ability.
• 0-5 years of professional experience in finance, modeling, computer programming, quantitative research, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Cyber-security, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to programming, data analysis, machine learning, statistics, or quantitative research through coursework, internships, or personal projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate analytical models supporting investment management, cybersecurity threat detection, AI, and enterprise risk management to identify risks and opportunities.
• Analyze model methodologies, testing results, and performance data to assess accuracy and reliability.
• Perform independent analysis and communicate findings through validation reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and business partners across Schwab.
