Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a cybersecurity leader to develop and enforce policy, safeguard digital assets, and guide security technology deployments. You will monitor, detect, and respond to threats, lead incident response, and manage operational risk within the security framework.

Role requires on-call support outside normal hours and coordination with Red Team exercises. Strong assessment, analytics, and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years preferred if no degree.
• 5 years related work experience in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts from SIEM, EDR, DLP, and email threat detection platforms.
• Lead investigations and forensic analysis for cyber intrusions.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing with remediation plans.
• Contribute to threat hunting and operationalize threat intelligence findings.
