Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure required funding for all properties follows regulations
• Prepare and review monthly inter-company entries and reconciliation
• Ensure timely reporting: oversee the creation of monthly financial statements for property entities and ensure timely distribution
• Support property budgeting: prepare annual budgets for the properties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business
• 5+ years of real estate accounting experience
• CPA is a plus
• Must be proficient in NetSuite
• Strong background in affordable housing
