Job summary

SURVICE Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Finance Analyst to support the Corporate Finance Team. The role handles pricing on current contracts, project setup, and financial tracking, while coordinating with government/industry counterparts and reporting to senior management.

Based in Belcamp, MD with hybrid work, this position requires a strong background in government contracting, Deltek Costpoint experience, and the ability to advise project managers on financial actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily management/oversight of the PF Group personnel to ensure an effective and efficient group.
• Coordinate with the CFO and other group and area operations managers as appropriate.
• Ensure PF Group compliance with company policies and security procedures.
• Determine and resolve PF Group personnel workload issues.
• Participate in SURVICE Manager meetings.
• Develop and manage PF Group personnel resource requirements.
• Lead the formulation and coordination of cost proposal/pricing for awarded IDIQ contracts and current customers.
• Act as financial advisor to Program Managers/Leads.
• Prepare cost reports for management.
• Develop corrective financial action plans.
• Analyze and report variances for projects.
• Perform financial audits and ensure internal controls compliance.
• Prepare and review profit/loss (MCFR) and maintain accurate financial data for management.
