Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop project authorization requests, cost estimates, economic analyses, and justification documents with minimal guidance.
• Proactively assist Project Manager in securing management approval for projects and budgets.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to internal Journey project control analysts in developing and maintaining project schedules and cost plans.
• Design and implement new tools and templates to enhance project control processes.
• Review, edit, and provide feedback on work products of Journey analysts.
• Lead efforts to maintain and update Project Management Guidelines and identify process improvements.
• Support Project Managers in organizing key project meetings such as kickoffs and design reviews.
• Provide analyst-related support to management to help achieve departmental objectives.
• Develop the project schedule and use it to manage cost plans and forecasts.
• Provide monthly cost variance explanations to stakeholders.
