Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digital Solutions, to lead discovery and delivery of innovative digital products for financial professionals. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to scalable production, collaborating with design, engineering, and business partners.

You’ll leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate learning, test hypotheses, and measure outcomes, shaping the future of advisor-facing tools and client experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with ownership of strategy, discovery, and delivery.
• Strong discovery and problem-framing skills to translate ambiguity into hypotheses.
• Comfort with rapid prototyping and AI-assisted tools to explore options.
• Excellent analytical and storytelling skills to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own product discovery and strategy; define vision, strategy, and roadmap grounded in customer needs.
• Lead early-stage discovery through rapid experiments and AI-assisted prototyping.
• Translate complex problems into testable concepts and prototypes.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to evolve concepts into scalable solutions.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Synthesize customer feedback and market insights into actionable decisions.
