Job summary

Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) in Washington, DC invites a Senior Policy Analyst to join the Energy Program. You will analyze electricity policy, the AI-energy nexus, and related topics, generating reports and policy recommendations while engaging stakeholders across sectors.

The role requires a strong policy background in energy, excellent quantitative and writing skills, and the ability to lead multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3–4 years of work experience, or a relevant advanced degree with ≥1 year.
• Strong policy background with knowledge of energy and environmental landscape.
• Excellent quantitative and research skills.
• Excellent writing and verbal communications and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Learn about evolving policy issues and interact with policy experts and leaders.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across sectors.
• Contribute to reports and recommendations in the Energy Program.
• Manage multiple tasks with overlapping deadlines while ensuring thoroughness.
