Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering IT/CS/EE/ME or related STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Expert knowledge of PLM/CAD tools (DS 3DExperience, ARAS Innovator, Siemens Teamcenter) and CAD/CAE/CAM/CAT workflows.
• Strong programming skills (C/C++/C#, Python) and DevSecOps/Agile fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-complexity DPM and CAD/PLM tool projects with NA IT and global vendors.
• Define system and application support metrics and ensure quality of service.
• Coordinate with North American, Japan, and global teams to implement integrations.
• Mentor junior engineers and help develop DPM roadmaps and budgets.
