Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Pega certification required (Business Systems Architect certification may also be considered).
• Experience with PRPC and Pega application development.
• Strong understanding of application architecture concepts and integration design.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize Pega applications.
• Build new applications and enhance existing Pega solutions.
• Develop integrations between Pega and external systems.
• Participate in application design and technical solution discussions.
• Collaborate with Agile team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Perform hands-on development across the software development lifecycle.
