Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement Pega applications across multiple locations (NJ, FL, NC, NY) with a mix of on-site and remote work. The role requires strong PRPC expertise and 8+ years of experience in Pega development.

The ideal candidate will have PKG architecture certifications, experience with integration, and a solid Agile mindset to drive project delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

Role: Pega Developer

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ/ Fort Lauderdale, FL/ Jacksonville, FL/ Charlotte, NC/ Raleigh/Durham, NC/ New York, NY (2 days on site a week)

Duration: 6 Months with possibility extension

Summary of the role:

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to support our business processes and enhance our overall efficiency.

Must have hard skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Pega Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform and Pega application development
• Proficiency in Pega configuration, customization, and integration.
• One or more Pega Architect certifications
• Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega methodologies and best practices.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
