Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead and grow large-scale assessment programs in a hybrid remote/office setting with in-office needs in Hadley, MA. The role collaborates across internal teams and with state education agencies and partners to design, implement, and expand assessment products and services.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement (education or related field).
• Experience managing large-scale testing/assessment projects and contracts.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, analytical, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support partnership management activities for large-scale assessment programs.
• Manage program components: development, administration, scoring, and quality control.
• Maintain client relationships, ensure programs meet contract specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide regular program status updates and act as advisor to clients and stakeholders.
