Job summary

KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to ensure reliability, security, and performance of our global network infrastructure. You will lead enterprise networking across manufacturing, distribution, and corporate sites, partnering with IT leadership to support a secure, scalable environment.

This hybrid role requires 2 days from home and 3 days in our Auburn, MA office. Travel may be required for site implementations, upgrades, and training.

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise network engineering or administration experience across multi-site environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN environments for high availability.
Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex network incidents and escalations.
Administer routing, switching, firewall, VPN, and cloud connectivity across multiple sites.
