Job summary

Pennant Solutions Group is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to drive design, development, and modernization of enterprise software and AI-enabled applications. The role emphasizes collaboration with business leaders to translate complex needs into scalable, secure, data-driven solutions.

You will lead architecture, code reviews, and mentoring, while delivering cloud-based and on-premises components using the Microsoft stack and modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development with Microsoft stack.
2–3 years of AI-enabled solution experience preferred.
Strong experience in C#, .NET/ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, test, and deploy web, desktop, and cloud solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server.
Design and implement AI-enabled applications leveraging LLMs, Generative AI services, and RAG.
Develop secure, high-performance REST APIs and data interfaces to integrate platforms with Microsoft 365 services and Azure.
Provide technical leadership, establish coding standards, mentor developers, and lead code reviews.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and modernize legacy systems.
