Sony Interactive Entertainment in San Mateo, CA seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager, Mobile, to drive software powering PlayStation mobile experiences. You will coordinate across Android native, React Native, and backend systems to deliver scalable products.

The role requires Agile leadership, strong communication, and collaboration with teams across the USA, Japan, and UK. Hybrid work with 15–25% travel is expected, with base pay $163,600—$245,400 USD and potential bonus.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager driving consumer-facing mobile or software products from conception to launch.
• Experience coordinating Android native, cross‑platform frameworks, and/or infrastructure programs.
• Strong Agile/Scrum with hands‑on experience using JIRA, Confluence, and similar project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders from individual contributors through senior leadership.

• Drive end-to-end program execution for mobile applications and infrastructure systems, coordinating across engineering teams to deliver scalable and performant solutions.
• Manage program timelines and dependencies across mobile and console teams, ensuring alignment between Android native, React Native, and backend infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and facilitate sprint planning, working closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable deliverables and realistic timelines.
• Coordinate with international stakeholders (USA, Japan, UK) including UI designers, product managers, and engineering leads to ensure cohesive program execution across time zones.
• Own program schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and executive reporting while actively managing dependencies between mobile client development and platform services.
• Partner with engineering teams to define system architecture decisions, technical requirements, and integration points between mobile applications and PlayStation ecosystem services.
• Drive adoption of development best practices, tooling standardization (JIRA, Confluence), and process improvements across distributed teams.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks proactively, using performance metrics and data to inform program decisions and priority adjustments.
