• Review designs for regulatory compliance and firm policies.
• Perform site reviews and update design requirements.
• Develop technical papers and design documentation for publishing.
• Attend conferences to promote CDM Smith's services and collaborate with sales.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise project work to ensure quality.
