Job summary

PTC Therapeutics is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on extending life’s moments for patients. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming to lead programming activities for clinical development and oversee CROs as needed.

The role collaborates with Biostatistics and study teams to develop analysis datasets, ensure SAS programming outputs align with SAPs and SOPs, and support regulatory submissions with rigorous data analysis. Travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative science with 5+ years in statistics/programming in pharma/CRO.
• Strong SAS programming skills and knowledge of SAS macro language.
• Experience with CDISC data standards and clinical trial data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical programming activities for assigned studies and programs.
• Ensure timely analyses per protocols and SAPs; coordinate with CRO oversight.
• Serve as CRO liaison and assess CROs for data quality and deliverables.
• Review CRFs, annotations, SAPs, TLGs and related outputs.
• Create/Review derived datasets and analysis datasets.
• Develop SOPs or training for statistical programming when needed.
• Support multiple projects with strong planning and time management.
