Warwick Investment Group in Oklahoma City is seeking a Senior JIB Accountant to oversee joint interest billing, ensure accurate financial reporting, and lead process improvements in a fast-paced energy environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage monthly closes, and leverage tools like EnergyLink, OpenInvoice and SQL while working on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of oil and gas experience, with a focus on JIB and operations.
• Strong COPAS and operating agreements knowledge.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas and large datasets.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute monthly JIB cycles with journal entries, cost allocations, and partner invoicing.
• Maintain and update AFEs in the accounting system.
• Serve as primary contact for partner billing inquiries.
• Support monthly close, LOE and capital accruals.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with audit documentation and financial statement support.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives using EnergyLink, OpenInvoice, and SQL.
