Job summary

Charles Schwab Investment Management Technology seeks a Lead Software Developer to design, develop, test, and enhance secure, scalable applications in a data-centric environment. You will use your Java and full-stack expertise to solve complex problems and mentor other engineers in an Agile setting.

Work on-site in a collaborative culture with a focus on security, reliability, and maintainability, influencing technology direction across distributed teams and investment-related functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience using Java.
• Experience designing, building, testing, and supporting complex enterprise applications.
• Experience developing REST APIs with Spring, Spring Boot, and related stacks.
• Knowledge of design patterns and applying them to scalable solutions.
• Experience with unit testing, Git, and CI/CD practices.
