Job summary

Amadeus Hospitality is seeking a Principal Implementation Specialist to lead complex implementations and strategic workstreams. The role provides delivery leadership, mentors project teams, and supports growth through feasibility assessments, sizing and pre-sales activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong governance, stakeholder influence, and an IT background to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering.
• Experience leading complex implementation projects or major workstreams.
• Strong communication, reporting and senior stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations and strategic workstreams.
• Drive delivery strategy, execution planning, governance and escalation management.
• Support feasibility studies, assessments and implementation sizing activities.
• Support pre-sales and customer proposal activities with delivery expertise.
