Job summary

PG&E is seeking a Grid Innovation Engineer, Senior to bridge business and technology for the ROWRS program. You will translate business goals into tech requirements, craft roadmaps, and coordinate system enhancements across Salesforce, Palantir Foundry, SAP, GIS, Power BI, and Python analytics.

You will collaborate with Electric Operations, Land & Environmental Management, Legal, Wildfire Risk, Asset Management, IT, and Data & Analytics teams to implement a scalable, tech-enabled operating model

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
5+ years of IT engineering design and/or technical project implementation.
Experience with multi-tier enterprise technology environments.
Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
Experience supporting utility, infrastructure, asset management, wildfire risk, or operational programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops multi-year technology roadmaps to support ROWRS program objectives.
Define and sequence technology capabilities for program growth.
Lead platform integration across Salesforce, Foundry, SAP, GIS, Python analytics, and Power BI.
Coordinate governance, stakeholder alignment, and program delivery.
