Job summary

Milliman's Indianapolis Health Practice is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to conceptualize, design, and execute visual solutions across digital and print media, effectively communicating our client's brand and engaging their audience.

The role supports a fast-paced team in a hybrid Indianapolis office with 2–3 days on site weekly. A strong portfolio, 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, and proficiency in major design tools are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a designer or in a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Understand design requirements and project objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts for digital and print media.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are aligned with brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Prepare and package design files for production or development.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
