Qualifications

• 15+ years in environmental consulting with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• New Hampshire Professional Geologist (PG) required; multi-state licensure is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow a portfolio of work worth $1M+ annually.
• Strong knowledge of environmental programs (RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA).
• Hands-on experience with New England environmental regulations and permitting.
• Successful collaboration with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
• Experience managing and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental site assessments, investigation, and remediation projects throughout New England.
• Prepare and review technical documents, including sampling plans, remedial action plans, and regulatory reports.
• Manage and mentor junior staff, promoting professional development and safety.
• Interface with regulatory agencies such as NHDES, MassDEP, MEDEP, and EPA.
• Support and drive business development, including proposal writing and client outreach.
• Maintain responsibility for project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Contribute to strategic planning and help grow JTC’s environmental practice.
