UPMC, based in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks a Sr Financial Analyst, FP&A to lead end-to-end financial planning, analysis, and executive reporting for Physician Services. The role centers on budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with hybrid in-office/remote work.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related business field is required.
• Minimum of three years of related work experience, or five years with a HS diploma/GED.
• Demonstrated expertise in forecasting financial operations and budgeting.
• CPA/MBA preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively with executives and business unit management.
• Excellent oral and written communications and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Compile, consolidate and review all business unit budgets for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Develop revenue, volume, FTE, productivity, and scenario-based financial models.
• Produce executive-ready analyses and narratives translating results into insights and recommendations.
• Classify financial transactions per GAAP.
• Lead FP&A activities for Physician Services including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and regional reporting.
• Consolidate and review regional submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Interact with executive leadership and stakeholders across functions.
• Interpret financial data and present actionable insights to inform decisions.
