Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain to join the Finance team in a hybrid role based in Austin, TX. You will own enterprise-wide reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis for Cost of Materials, supporting margin performance across the organization.

You will build and maintain financial models, lead monthly closes, and present results to senior leadership. This role requires 4+ years in FP&A with strong Excel, ERP/BI tools, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel and large data set skills
• Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Power BI, SQL)
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, monthly forecasts, and variance analysis for COM
• Develop financial models to guide business decisions
• Prepare Monthly Financial Review reports for COM at enterprise level
• Own the COM cost stack and allocate costs to business units
