Job summary

Addison Group is actively seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The role will provide critical finance support and storytelling to operational leaders, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive performance.

The position is based in-office in Bellevue, WA, with up to 3 days per week on-site collaboration. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in financial analysis/FP&A, strong modeling and Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
4 years of experience in financial analysis and FP&A.
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide financial analysis and reporting to support key business decisions.
Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
Partner with leaders to provide timely insights into company performance.
Prepare and present financial data for quarterly reviews, investor meetings, and board reports.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed.
Support the month-end close process, including variance analysis and reporting.
Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting, while adhering to corporate policies.
