Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance group in a hybrid role with 3 days in-office. The position may be based in New York, NY; Frisco, TX; or Dallas, TX.

You will support forecasting, analysis, M&A and reporting, delivering critical financial insights to drive strategic decisions. The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, 3+ years in Big 4 transaction advisory, and strong modeling/communication skills. A master’s or CPA/CFA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. Master’s degree or CPA/CFA a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in Big 4 transaction advisory preferred.
• Experience in AEC industry a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with strategic insights.
• Perform monthly variance analyses and suggest improvements.
• Perform due diligence and build forecasts for potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting to support decision-making across the organization.
• Ensure future work is accurately represented in project-level forecasts.
• Compile reporting data for business insurance renewals and industry publications.
• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
